Corporate Coaching
A company whose staff is cohesive, forward thinking, high performing, fully valued and imaginative, is likely to be a company which has been effectively coached!

Recent and current corporate projects for Impact life include:

- Lloyds TSB and Royal Bank of Scotland: Delivery of professional workshops to groups of commercial bankers on key aspects of behavioural development including emotional intelligence, leadership, personal performance and motivation.

- NHS: Design of a bespoke series of workshops to assist morbidly obese patients who are trying to make long-term changes to their lifestyles. The A.C.E. is a series of 6 workshops covering aspects of “mindset” such as resilience, self esteem, overcoming negative self-beliefs, positivity and goal-setting. It has been approved for trial by the NHS and is currently being assessed.

- A Managing Director from the retail sector: I was invited by the Managing Director to work with him to improve his leadership skills, address the reasons behind low morale amongst his staff, manage his time more effectively, and identify new areas of growth for his business. After an initial 10 sessions carried out over a four month period, he has reported notable improvements in his relationships with his staff, increased productivity and sales and he has decided to retain me on an ongoing monthly basis for 2011.

- A key salesman from a national materials importer: I started working with a key salesman from a large materials importer on the initiative of his Managing Director. The monthly sales figures of the salesman were consistently and significantly lower than those of his peers. I worked with the salesman on an individual basis, rebuilding his levels of confidence and motivation, and developing his sales skills. After 12 coaching sessions spread over 4 months, his sales figures have doubled.

- Creative Industry Sector - a confidential review of a small business: I was asked by the MD of the business to interview his employees about their views of his leadership style, the direction of the company and their ideas for future growth.  Following the review, their opinions were anonymously fed back to the Managing Director in a constructive manner and this has helped him make wise decisions for the future of his business, whilst also respecting their confidentiality.
